In the Fourth Republic, There is No Need to Search for Homeland – Pashinyan

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has released a video on his Facebook page under the title 'Let Me Say One Thing - 4', addressing the question of what the difference is between the Third Republic and the Fourth Republic.

'The Third Republic was founded on the logic of conflict, whereas the Fourth Republic is based on the logic of peace. The acceptance of the Constitution in the Third Republic through the free expression of the people's will and voting is highly questionable, while such doubt should not exist in the Fourth Republic. In the Third Republic, the ownership of power by the people is relative and formal, while in the Fourth Republic it must be clear and indisputable. Finally, the Third Republic is about dreaming of a homeland, searching for a homeland, and seeking a dream homeland, while the Fourth Republic is about the homeland that the Republic of Armenia is our dream homeland, and there is no need to search for a homeland,' he stated.
