His fortune has increased significantly due to the rise in Tesla's stock prices, as well as the growing valuations of artificial intelligence company xAI and SpaceX.
The electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla's shares have grown by approximately 14% over the year. Following Musk on Forbes' billionaire list are Oracle founder Larry Ellison and Meta founder Mark Zuckerberg.
Musk's wealth, which surpassed 100 billion dollars in August 2020, first earned him the title of the world's richest person in January 2021, with a fortune of about 190 billion dollars.
