The whole world is arming, yet they are cutting military budgets. This was stated by opposition MP Garnik Danielyan during a conversation with journalists.
He added that Azerbaijan is increasing its military budget while they claim it is not against us. Who has Azerbaijan waged wars against in the last decades—Russia, Iran, or Georgia? What kind of nonsense is this?” said Garnik Danielyan.
According to him, while the defense budget is being reduced, the festival budget is being increased.
