Hakob Arshakyana Not Allowed to Participate in Congress
The Vice President of the National Assembly, Hakob Arshakyan, has been denied participation in the party's 7th congress.
In response to a question from NEWS.am, the Deputy Chairman of the Board, Gevorg Papoyan, stated: “At the time of the congress's approval, there should be no outstanding membership fees. There are people who made payments on August 31, but the funds did not clear until after September 1, meaning their participation was not confirmed. The case is the same for Mr. Arshakyan; he didn’t fail to pay, rather the funds simply didn’t clear.”
According to the publication, the issue concerns an amount of 30,000 drams.
