Putin Invites Zelensky to Negotiations, Not Surrender: Peskov
Russian President Vladimir Putin has invited Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to Moscow for negotiations, rather than for capitulation. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian leader.
“Zelensky has been invited to Moscow to speak, not to capitulate,” Peskov told reporters during the Eastern Economic Forum. “These are not easy conversations. Everyone is defending their country's interests. But Putin highly appreciates this. He is grateful to Trump for this,” the Kremlin representative noted.
