Lavrov States Under What Conditions Putin Will Meet Zelensky

Russian President Vladimir Putin is ready to meet with Vladimir Zelensky only if all issues requiring high-level discussion are well-prepared, stated Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

"The President has repeatedly said that he is ready to meet with Mr. Zelensky, understanding that all issues requiring high-level discussion will be well-prepared, and experts and ministers will prepare appropriate proposals," he said during talks with Indian External Affairs Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar.
