Countries Outside Europe to Participate in Developing Security Guarantees for Ukraine: Rubio
The U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has announced that the development and provision of security guarantees for Ukraine will involve not only European allies but also countries outside Europe. He made this statement during an interview with Fox News.
“We will work with our European allies and, by the way, non-European countries to create these security guarantees. We are working on it right now,” said U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
According to him, the guarantees need to be “established after a peace agreement so that Ukraine feels secure in the future.”
