Whitcoff States Trump and Zelensky Will Discuss Territorial Issues
U.S. Special Representative Steve Whitcoff has announced that on August 18, U.S. President Donald Trump and his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky will discuss territorial issues related to the Ukrainian conflict. His remarks were quoted by RIA Novosti.
According to him, Trump reached an agreement on Ukraine's security guarantees during negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin, but now everything depends on Kyiv.
Previously, The Washington Post (WP), citing a source, reported that Zelensky had rejected Russia's terms.
