One of the Armenian Prisoners' Lawyers to Change in Baku, Media Reports
Today, a session of the trial involving Armenian prisoners, including members of the former political-military leadership of Artsakh, was held in Baku.
According to Azerbaijani media, the judge announced that the lawyer for the accused Levon Balayan had received a position in a state institution, and as a result, Balayan will have a new defense attorney.
"If he had stayed, it would have been better," Balayan remarked, while also adding that he has no objections regarding the appointment of a new lawyer.
During the session, several "victims" were interrogated.
The next session of the trial is scheduled for August 4.
