Hackers Disrupt Aeroflot's Systems
Hackers have apparently compromised the systems of Aeroflot, the Russian airline. They claim that the company's information infrastructure has been completely destroyed.
The groups ‘Silent Crow’ and ‘Cyber Partisans BY’ have announced a large-scale hacking attack. According to them, the operation has lasted a year and culminated in the complete collapse of the airline giant's internal information system, with around 7,000 servers destroyed and 20 TB of data stolen.
The hackers refer to the attack as a ‘message’ to Russian security services, which failed to protect critical infrastructures, and they promise to leak the data in the near future.
It is worth noting that today, Aeroflot announced the ‘disruption’ and canceled more than 50 flights.
