Macron Makes Remarks After Phone Call with Pashinyan
French President Emmanuel Macron stated, "I had a very good phone call with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan."
Macron informed Pashinyan that France stands in solidarity with the Armenian government in the fight against attempts to destabilize Armenian democracy. He reaffirmed France's support for Pashinyan's courageous efforts to achieve peace with Azerbaijan and to normalize relations with Turkey. "Peace and open borders will be a significant event for the entire region and an example for others," emphasized the French president.
It is worth noting that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had a phone conversation with French President Emmanuel Macron, during which they discussed issues related to the Armenia-France bilateral agenda as well as regional and international matters.
