Nou Norq Leader Resigns
The head of the Nou Norq administrative district, Tigran Ter-Margaryan, is resigning from his powers. This was announced by Tigran Ter-Margaryan during a session of the Yerevan City Council.
Earlier, it was reported that a brawl had occurred at the Nou Norq district administration between members of the administration and activist Arthur Chakhoyan. According to Auroranews, the police’s rapid response teams headed to the district administration following the release of a video of the incident. Arthur Chakhoyan has been summoned to the Nou Norq police station to file a report.
The Yerevan municipality, in response to what happened, stated that violence in any form is unacceptable.
