Talks on the End of the War in Ukraine: What We Know
The former head of Ukraine's Foreign Ministry has spoken about the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
“Some negotiations are taking place, someone is communicating with someone, but in terms of approaching a ceasefire, we are exactly where we were in January. As for the end of the war, we are where we were last autumn,” said former Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba.
He also advised not to be disturbed by daily announcements, leaks, and signals, urging the public to maintain mental health until the actual ceasefire arrives, and subsequently, the end of the war.
