Serious Concerns Regarding Azerbaijan's Constitution: Mirzoyan
The constitution of Armenia does not contain any references stating that Nagorno-Karabakh is part of Armenia. This was stated by Ararat Mirzoyan during a panel discussion taking place in Antalya.
“On the contrary, we have serious concerns regarding Azerbaijan's constitution, but we do not continuously raise this issue because the text of the agreement includes a specific provision stating that neither party can invoke its domestic legislation to justify non-compliance with this agreement,” he noted.
