How Many Billions Will Be Forfeited from Former MP: Prosecutor's Office
The Anti-Corruption Court has accepted for consideration the latest lawsuit from the Office of the Prosecutor General regarding the confiscation of illegally acquired property on April 3, 2025. This information has been reported by the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia.
The Property Forfeiture Department of the Prosecutor General's Office has submitted a claim to the court demanding the confiscation of:
- 8 real estate properties in Yerevan,
- 5 vehicles,
- Market value of 1 vehicle,
- Participation in 8 legal entities,
- A loan claim amounting to 1,138,452,000 AMD,
- 463,146,000 AMD as the balance of illegal monetary funds,
- 3,980,583,000 AMD, which is not substantiated by the person's legal income and is of illegal origin, transferred to a bona fide purchaser or cannot be identified and forfeited.
