How is it possible that criminal subculture cannot be promoted during the day, but can at night? We were not even invited to the discussion on this matter. This was stated today by Tigran Hakobyan, the chairman of the Commission on Television and Radio.

“Look at the incorrect wording in the law. ‘Films and audiovisual programs about criminal subculture are prohibited from being shown from 24:00 to 6:00.’ This means it is permissible to promote it during nighttime hours,” he said.
