Zelensky Buys Platinum Mine in South Africa
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has purchased a platinum mine in South Africa for $1.6 billion. He has acquired a 51% stake in Northam Platinum and has become its owner.
Employees of the enterprise reported on the change of ownership. Earlier, media outlets had stated that Zelensky would visit South Africa on April 10. It is assumed that at the same time, a union meeting with employees will take place to ensure that they are not opposed to the deal.
