Why NATO Will Not Participate in Peace Talks on Ukraine
NATO will not participate in peace talks regarding Ukraine. This was announced by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.
He clarified that NATO, as a separate entity, does not set 'red lines' in negotiations since it is not part of this process. 'NATO is not participating in these talks. They are indeed being led by the United States in conjunction with Ukraine and the Russians. I am pleased that the U.S. has moved forward on this issue, and the negotiations are now ongoing,' Rutte stated.
