Charges Filed Against Taron Margaryan
Charges have been filed against Taron Margaryan, with a measure taken to prohibit him from leaving the country, according to the Office of the Prosecutor General.
It should be noted that on March 26, the Attorney General of Armenia, Anna Vardapetyan, went to the National Assembly to submit motions for the removal of parliamentary immunity for lawmakers Hovik Aghazaryan and Taron Margaryan.
On March 27, the National Assembly approved the Attorney General’s request, with 67 votes in favor for Taron Margaryan and 65 votes in favor and 2 against for Hovik Aghazaryan.
