Iran's Foreign Ministry Responds to Trump's Letter
The main points of the letter sent by U.S. President Donald Trump to Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei do not significantly differ from Trump's usual rhetoric. This was stated by Ismail Baghaei, the official representative of the Islamic Republic's Foreign Ministry.
“For now, we have no reason to publish Trump's letter. Everything that has been published in the media regarding this letter is speculation and has no basis. Considering Trump's public statements, the content of this letter is not very different from them,” said the diplomat at a press conference.
