Those Relations Can Be An Example for Other Countries: Putin
The relations between Russia and Belarus can literally be described as "brotherly." This opinion was expressed by Russian President Vladimir Putin while welcoming his Belarusian counterpart President Alexander Lukashenko in the green reception room of the Kremlin.
"I am very pleased that you chose to make your first visit after being re-elected as President of Belarus; this is understandable, as Russia and Belarus have special relations that are literally allied and brotherly. These relations can serve as an example for other countries," emphasized Putin.
