What is the Reason for the Arrest of the NSS Officer?
The court has decided to impose house arrest, bail, and a travel ban on NSS officer Aram Gasparyan. This was reported by Iravaban.net.
Gasparyan is facing public criminal prosecution for involvement in hooliganism under the first part of Article 258 and the first point of the third part of the RA Criminal Code, adopted in 2003, as well as for complicity in intentionally destroying or damaging property.
It is noted that he was one of the organizers identified during the preliminary investigation of a criminal case initiated due to hooliganism, destruction, or damage to property by a group of individuals during Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's visit to the Syunik region.
