US Is Not Ready: Zelensky Had a Long Conversation with Trump
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has stated that he had a lengthy conversation with US President Donald Trump. Zelensky noted, “The conversation is sufficient to discuss some details, but inadequate for developing a plan to end the war.”
He added that their discussion also touched upon losses, which differ from American figures. According to Zelensky, the US is not ready to discuss NATO, believing that Ukraine cannot be part of the alliance as it would escalate tensions with Russia. Zelensky emphasized that if Ukraine is not in NATO, the country needs an army of 1.5 million.
