Chief of General Staff Has Informal Meeting with NATO Military Committee Chairman

At the invitation of General Karsten Breuer, Chief of the Federal Armed Forces' Defense Headquarters of Germany, Deputy Minister of Defense and Chief of General Staff of Armenia, Lieutenant General Edward Asryan participated in a roundtable closed discussion with peers during the Munich Security Conference on February 14.

The Armenian Ministry of Defense reports that Lieutenant General Edward Asryan also engaged in informal communications with counterparts from the USA, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Argentina, as well as with the NATO Military Committee Chairman.

Following this, Edward Asryan also took part in the official opening ceremony of the Munich Security Conference as part of the delegation led by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
