Under What Conditions is Russia Ready for Dialogue

Russia is ready for dialogue regarding the Ukraine issue, during which the legitimate interests of our country must be ensured. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, as reported by РИА НОВОСТИ.

He added that negotiations should take place in the context of an agreement on a comprehensive security system, within which no one would be targeted.

Let us recall that on January 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin once again confirmed Moscow's willingness to engage in negotiations to resolve the Ukraine conflict. At the same time, he pointed out the existing obstacles, the main one being the actions of the Ukrainian leadership.
