Massive Disruptions at German Airports Not Due to Cyberattack, Ministry of the Interior Confirms
The widespread technical disruptions in the computer systems of German airports were not triggered by a cyberattack, according to a statement from an official representative of Germany's Ministry of the Interior provided to DPA news agency.
“At this time, there are no signs that it is a hacker attack or any other incident related to IT security,” the representative’s words were quoted by РИА Новости.
According to the ministry representative, the disruptions occurred within a system managed by the criminal police.
