Throughout the day, various marches have traditionally occurred in Tbilisi, with participants eventually gathering near the parliament building. Notably, there was a women's march that was greeted by President Salome Zurabishvili as it passed near her residence.
The protest is proceeding peacefully.
New protests began in Georgia on November 28. Daily demonstrations are occurring near the parliament building. The first week of the rallies was the most intense; some protesters used pyrotechnics against the law enforcement officials, who deployed water cannons and tear gas in response.
