Armenian PM Acknowledging Artsakh as Part of Azerbaijan Will Have Something to Say: Araqelyan
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has stated that since 1994, all presidents, including himself, have negotiated the return of Nagorno-Karabakh to Azerbaijan. This was reported by Mesrop Araqelyan, co-founder of the 'Living Land' party, on his Facebook page.
"For several decades, the Republic of Armenia has provided INTERNATIONAL loans to the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh), including decisions made during Nikol Pashinyan's administration. If Nikol Pashinyan is correct, it turns out that the Armenian authorities, including himself, have engaged in the deliberate waste of budgetary resources. I plan to address this issue with the Prosecutor's Office in the near future. I hope those who recognize Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan and grant international loans to the Republic of Artsakh will have quite a lot to say," he wrote.
