Peskov Comments on Putin's Statements

Dmitry Peskov, the spokesperson for the President of Russia, has commented on Vladimir Putin's statements regarding the "Oreshnik" missile and its "battle" in recent discussions. Peskov stated, "Putin's words about the 'struggle' with the 'Oreshnik' were responses to claims about the missile's vulnerability."

Regarding the potential new sanctions from the G7, Peskov noted that sanctions against Russian oil production would ultimately harm the very nations that propose them. "It could be dangerous for the stability of global energy markets," Peskov emphasized, assuring that in response to new sanctions, Russia will take all necessary measures to minimize the consequences of newly imposed restrictions on its oil sector.
