New Developments in the Case of Pregnant Woman Struck by Pashinyan's Motorcade
Lawyer Raffi Aslanyan has provided details regarding the incident in which Sona Mnatsakanyan was struck by Prime Minister Pashinyan's motorcade.
“The Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan, presided over by Judge Masis Melkonyan, has approved my appeal against the prosecutor's decision not to initiate criminal proceedings against the leadership of the Prime Minister's motorcade for the incident involving Sona Mnatsakanyan, deeming that decision illegal and obliging the public participants of the case to rectify the violation of the victim's rights through a new examination,” the lawyer wrote.
