Ukraine does not have sufficient forces to regain control over the territories of Crimea and Donbas. This was stated by Vladimir Zelensky in an interview with Le Parisien.
“Those areas are currently controlled by the Russians, and we lack the power to retrieve them. We can only rely on diplomatic pressure from the international community to force Putin to sit at the negotiating table,” he said.
