The Rescue Service reports that the roads within the Republic of Armenia are passable. According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia’s Emergency Management Department and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia’s North Ossetia Crisis Management Center, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is closed to trucks.
