Shoygu on the Situation in the South Caucasus
The situation in the South Caucasus remains complex, but there are prerequisites for improvement, which are hindered by the West. This statement was made by the Secretary of the Russian Security Council, Sergey Shoygu, during the 12th meeting of the Secretaries of Security Councils of CIS countries in Moscow.
"External players impede the improvement of the situation, which, to put it mildly, pursue dishonest goals. These are primarily Western countries," said Shoygu.
According to him, this confirms the thesis that regional issues require regional solutions.
