German Court Issues New Ruling on Artsakh Citizens
Former MP Taron Simonian writes: “A very important decision has been made by the Administrative Court of Kassel, Germany, which has recognized that a citizen of Artsakh is considered a stateless person and cannot return to Artsakh due to the risk of persecution by Azerbaijan.
