Earthquake Hits Iran
An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.8 has struck the Semnan province in northern Iran. The quake occurred around 05:16 local time. The epicenter was located near the city of Germsar, at a depth of 11 kilometers.
Reports indicate that 9 people have been injured as a result of the earthquake. The tremors were also felt in Tehran and Karaj, according to Tasnim news agency.
