What Did Bayramov and Mirzoyan Discuss?
On October 18, a meeting took place in Istanbul between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, within the framework of the "3+3" regional consultative platform. This was reported by the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The parties continued discussions on the treaty concerning the establishment of peace and inter-state relations and agreed to keep up efforts towards finalizing the treaty and signing it within a short time frame. They appreciated Turkey's hospitality.
