Armenia Did Not Sign the Document, Says Zakharova
Armenia participated in the drafting process, but ultimately did not sign the draft statement on the "Principles of Security in Eurasia" adopted at the CIS Foreign Ministers' Council meeting, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova announced at a briefing.
When asked why the Armenian side made such a decision, Zakharova suggested seeking information from Armenian officials.
