Azerbaijan Responds to Armenian Foreign Ministry Statement
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan has responded to the statement made by the Armenian Foreign Ministry yesterday, claiming that Armenia is spreading "manipulative assertions aimed at misleading the public." Baku asserts that the comments made by the spokesperson of the Armenian Foreign Ministry, suggesting that Yerevan is inclined towards peace, are "manipulations aimed at deceiving the international community."
Furthermore, they stated, "Armenia should refrain from 'contradictory statements and provocative actions' and must demonstrate respect for the norms and principles of international law through its actions and genuine steps."
