1 Good, 1 Bad News from Ararat Mirzoyan
The good news is that we have managed to adopt the first-ever legal document signed between the two countries—the regulations for the work of the border demarcation commissions—announced the Armenian Foreign Minister in Poland, referencing Armenian-Azerbaijani relations.
The bad news is that the Azerbaijani side is reluctant to sign a peace agreement for some reason; they keep presenting new preconditions, and we see that they simply do not want to sign the document.
