Ukrainian Armed Forces Shell Russia's Shchebekino Region, Casualties Reported

According to reports, two women were injured as a result of shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka, located in Russia's Shchebekino region. The governor of Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, announced this on his Telegram channel.

“The village of Novaya Tavolzhanka in the Shchebekino urban district came under fire from the Ukrainian armed forces, resulting in two women being injured. One of them refused hospitalization. The second injured individual, who sustained shrapnel wounds to the neck, was transferred by ambulance to a regional clinical hospital,” Gladkov stated.

The governor added that three homes sustained varying degrees of damage as a result of the attack, including broken windows, roofs, and facades.

The Shchebekino urban district in Belgorod region borders Ukraine's Kharkiv region and has been subjected to shelling almost daily. The city of Shchebekino is located approximately 4 kilometers from the Ukrainian border.

It is worth noting that Ukrainian forces regularly launch attacks and shell Russian border areas through various means, including drones, particularly targeting Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, and Voronezh regions.
