Major Car Accident in Vayots Dzor Region: Involved Children Among the Injured
A major car accident occurred today in the Vayots Dzor region. Around 5:00 PM, a vehicle of make 'Akura', traveling along the Yerevan-Meghri highway at kilometer 120 towards Meghri, veered off the roadway under unknown circumstances and crashed into the rear of a parked truck's trailer. As a result of the accident, five people, three of whom are minors, were transported to the 'Vayots Dzor' medical center.
Based on the incident, a criminal investigation has been initiated by the Investigative Committee, where the identity of the driver and injured individuals is being clarified. According to reports, the injured include the driver’s wife and their three underage children.
