“This frame was captured last night in Charentsavan. I would like to note that during a lightning strike, the power can reach 100,000 amperes, while the voltage can range from tens of millions to billions of volts,” wrote Gagik Surenyan, Deputy Director of the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Environment, sharing the accompanying photo on his Facebook page.
