Azerbaijan Creates New Obstacles to Prolong the Process, Mirzoyan Says
Artificial obstacles are being observed in relations with Azerbaijan. This statement was made by Armenia's Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan during a briefing with the Georgian Foreign Minister in Tbilisi.
"We emphasize the importance of the continuation of the delimitation process. Armenia is very constructively oriented, and Armenia's proposals are transparent. We consider it realistic that within a month, by working quickly and intensively, we could complete the peace agreement and sign that very important document. I cannot indicate that this proposal has received a positive response; on the contrary, we see that new, sometimes artificial obstacles are being created to prolong the process. But we continue to believe that there is indeed a historic opportunity to establish lasting peace in our region," Ararat Mirzoyan stated.
