Lawyer Ruben Melikyan published a photo on his Facebook page, writing: 'From another angle, it clearly shows the face of a beret pulling the child's hair like a fascist.'

Earlier, he had shared a video and commented, 'This beret will not be imprisoned for intentionally hurting a child by pulling their hair. Instead, those throwing plastic bottles (which is the wrong action, but not a criminal one) will be jailed.'
