Aliyev Discusses Road Connecting Khovsakan and Nakhchivan Through Iran with Interim President of Iran

On June 5, a phone conversation took place between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Iran's interim president Mohammad Mohberri. During the conversation, the parties expressed their willingness to implement the agreements reached during Aliyev's meeting with the late Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi.

The discussions also focused on the work being done to establish a transportation route connecting Azerbaijan's western regions with Nakhchivan through Iranian territory.
