Deputy Foreign Minister on Visa Liberalization for Armenian Citizens
Positive progress is expected regarding the visa liberalization for Armenian citizens to the European Union. This was stated by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Paruir Hovhannisyan during a joint session of the permanent committees of the National Assembly on the discussion of the annual report on the implementation of the State Budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2023.
“The legal framework for our cooperation with the European Union is expanding. Of course, special attention is being paid to the initiation of dialogue regarding visa liberalization between Armenia and the European Union. I believe that in the very near future we will have positive news in this regard,” said Hovhannisyan.
