Number of Individuals Released from Police Custody After Yerevan Protests Revealed
As of 14:00, a total of 284 participants of the civil disobedience protests in Yerevan had been taken to various police departments across Armenia. This was announced by the National Police of Armenia.
At the same time, 273 individuals have already been released.
“All were detained under Article 182 of the Code of Administrative Offenses,” officials from the Ministry of Internal Affairs stated.
It is worth noting that supporters of the 'Tavush for Homeland' movement had blocked several streets both in Yerevan and in the regions since early morning.
