Belgorod Subjected to Mass Shelling

Russian military forces shot down dozens of projectiles from multiple launch rocket systems and 3 drones in the skies over Belgorod region during the night. One woman was killed due to the explosion of a drone.

The Russian Ministry of Defense issued a statement regarding the repelling of the nighttime attack using air defense systems. "With the standby air defense measures, three "Olkha" projectiles, 32 reactive projectiles from the Vampire complex, and three drones were destroyed in the Belgorod region," the ministry's press release stated.

In the morning, the governor of Belgorod announced that several airborne targets approaching the region had been shot down by air defense.

The second floor of a two-story house collapsed due to the falling and explosion of a drone, resulting in the death of one woman. Additionally, nearby private houses were damaged by debris from the drone.
