Large Car Accident in Yerevan: Four Vehicles Collide
A major car accident occurred in Yerevan on May 11. Around 21:50, vehicles from Tesla, Mercedes, Ford Fusion, and Toyota Highlander collided on Myasnikyan Avenue, in front of address 16/6.
According to shamshyan.com, there were no reported casualties from the incident based on preliminary information. Firefighters disconnected the vehicles from the power supply, closed the valve of the Ford Fusion's gas cylinder, and removed the cars from the accident site, followed by road cleaning operations.
The accident resulted in several kilometers of traffic congestion. Documentation concerning the accident is being prepared at the second battalion of the police in Yerevan.
As reported by the site, the Tesla was driven by 30-year-old Milena Sanamyan, the Mercedes was driven by 27-year-old Edik Aristakessian from Shirak Province, the Ford Fusion was driven by 31-year-old Karo Naghdalyan, and the Toyota Highlander was driven by 28-year-old Gurgen Sahakyan, all residents of Yerevan. The drivers underwent sobriety tests and were found to be sober.
