The First to Be Drafted Should Be Biden as Mentally Retarded and Zelensky as Mentally Ill, Volodin Says

The President of the United States, Joe Biden, and his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodymyr Zelensky, should be the first to be drafted into the Ukrainian Armed Forces under new eligibility criteria, according to Vyacheslav Volodin, Speaker of the State Duma. This information was reported by TASS.

“The Ukrainian Armed Forces are experiencing a severe shortage of soldiers. Measures taken towards additional mobilization and attempts to return citizens who have gone abroad have not been successful. Therefore, HIV-positive individuals, those with hepatitis, tuberculosis, as well as the mentally retarded and individuals suffering from mental illnesses, will now be recognized as fit for military service in the Ukrainian armed forces. According to these criteria, the first to be drafted into the ranks of the Ukrainian armed forces should be Biden as a mentally retarded individual, as well as his friend Zelensky as a mentally ill person dependent on various drugs,” Volodin wrote on his Telegram channel.
